about

Here is a hurdy gurdy piece based around the division of two turns of the wheel into three units, each sometimes subdivided into three or four (for the trompette). I finished the recent online workshop for Zona da Zanfona with these patterns but didn't have much time for details. I can write this out and add descriptions if anyone is interested. It's also a demonstration of creating a musically satisfying composition based on simple exercises; and it contrasts the two instruments, made by Chris Eaton and Sam Palmer.
